This is not a punishing shred or a quick-fix gimmick. The Winter Challenge is our mid-year recalibration - 8 weeks of expert-built training, flexible nutrition, and a community that notices when you show up (and notices when you don't, in the best way). This is the quiet work that makes you unstoppable year-round.
You don't need to be fit to start. You need to start.
Come as you are. Leave stronger.
Every two weeks the training shifts - week one you learn the workouts, week two you repeat them with progressive overload. Your body never gets comfortable, and neither does your excuse list.
We build your base. Slow, tempo-controlled movement - because strength starts with owning every rep, not rushing it. Beautiful form over heavy weight.
The intensity arrives. Timed strength blocks and supersets that change gears on you. This is where the challenge earns its name.
Explosive movement, unilateral work, deep core stability. The halfway wall is real - and you're going through it, not around it.
Everything comes together. Complex compound movements, maximum output, full-body strength and flow. The June version of you wouldn't recognise this one.

Tam Dexter brings the heat with every single workout - HIIT, strength and mobility with energy, encouragement and form cues on our famous follow-along videos. You never train alone and you never have to guess. Press play; she does the rest.
Pick the level that actually challenges you. We're in it together - each of us at our own pace, and nobody is penalised for starting where she is.
Pick one habit to cut for the 8 weeks - alcohol, refined sugar, fast food, whatever your thing is. Because life happens, tokens give you guilt-free passes for birthdays, anniversaries and special events. Earn more by hitting a perfect 5-day goal streak. It's the 80/20 rule, built in - cold turkey isn't sustainable. Moderation is.
Every week we crown one Gutsy Girl of the Week - the woman who showed up, stuck to her goals and brought real energy to the community. Eight weeks, eight winners, and your Week 1 has exactly the same shot as Week 8.

All you really need is a set of dumbbells - ideally a lighter and a heavier pair so you can scale as you get stronger. No dumbbells? No problem. Anything heavy and easy to grip works: water bottles, filled bags, or whatever you've got around the house. Want to turn up the burn? A set of booty bands and a step are great optional extras.
Show up, log your workouts, get involved in the Feed. One Gutsy Girl of the Week is crowned weekly; the Signature Challenge Winner is announced at the end of the challenge.
