Throughout Back to Base, Tamsyn guides you through a full-body split designed to strengthen your glutes and core, improve overall balance and control, and help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.

This challenge is not about rushing or overdoing it.
It’s about returning to the basics, rebuilding your base, and creating a strength foundation you can carry into the rest of the year.
