HOW IT WORKS

The Gutsy Summer Challenge takes you through 4 progressive phases designed to help you master movements and see real results.

With follow-along sessions, it feels like training alongside your workout bestie - just grab a set of dumbbells and optional booty bands. Every two weeks, the Gutsy team checks in to keep you accountable, because true transformation comes from steady heat, not quick sparks.
